PhantomGym is an activity of a Dutch sole proprietorship, registered with the Netherlands Chamber of Commerce (Kamer van Koophandel) under number 94879559. This business is responsible for processing your data within the meaning of the GDPR.

When you sign up early, we keep your email address, the language of the page you signed up on and the time you signed up. You also get a personal invite code. If you arrive through someone else's invitation, we keep their code with your sign-up, so we know who invited you and can reward that person. We don't ask for anything else.
Only to let you know that PhantomGym is open and how to take part. We do this because you asked for it by signing up. We don't use your address for anything else and we don't sell it.
Two companies process your data on our behalf: Webflow, which hosts this website and the sign-up form, and Klaviyo, which we use to send our emails. Both are based in the United States. Agreements with both give your data the same level of protection there as in Europe.
Until you unsubscribe. If you don't, we delete your address no later than twelve months after the app opens, unless you have become a member by then.
Every email has a link to unsubscribe. You can also email us. You can always ask what data we hold about you, and have it corrected or deleted. We reply within one month. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) or with the authority in your own country.
This website does not use cookies for advertising or to track you.
The monthly prize draw will have its own terms. They will also state which data we need from winners.
If what we collect or why we collect it changes, we update this page and put the new date at the top.
